I'm saving this person from further embarrassment by removing their name/email addy and/or getting publicly flamed by other netizens.
So let's get something straight. This post is directed to those who, in the future, feel a need to email me regarding scanlating progress AND rush me to do it faster.
I DO NOT APPRECIATE IT!
The progress is in the sidebar. Take a moment and look at it. Life happens and we all can't focus on manga all the time.
I don't want to penalize the awesome and patient readers out there but if I see another email like this again, I just might enact a delay policy, which honestly, I don't want to do.
And yes, my response was harsh. Period. End of discussion.

Wow, I'm shocked! I'd have never thought you could receive emails with that kind of words just because releases are not fast enough for some people. This is insane! I feel sorry for you. You don't deserve to be treated like this!
And I'm really amazed cuz you seem to remain very calm. Congrats for not letting this kind of mails affect you. You're so more mature than those baka!

I approve of your response, some people need to be told straight, especially when you're taking time off your busy life to bring manga to everyone.

Judging from the way the e-mail was typed, it obviously wasn't a very literate person. Pay them no mind. =) They'll grow up... sooner or later.
Do your important work first, scanlating comes second! We all have lives to live. I can't believe there are people out there who weren't taught some manners. Beggars cannot be choosers. Furthermore, if they're so dependent on manga for their lives... why are they even living? Personally I immerse myself in manga to escape the harsh and unhappy reality :) and KKWH and Sukitte are just the nice romantic love stories I need!
I haven't properly thanked you for your work, as I'm just an anonymous leech, but THANK YOU! I appreciate your dedication and time put into making the manga look so appealing (the quality is amazing. You know how some scanlations are so bad it just ruins the experience? Kind of like pirated movies...). Hope you have a great October! Very cute layout :D
Wow. What a rude person that was and that reply was not harsh at all; people like that should receive that kind of reply, maybe even harsher. LOL. Just, relax, okay? You have the most amazing KKWH scans so we'll just patiently wait until you're finished scanlating. That stupid person that emailed you probably doesn't have a life, sucks to be that person. Now, please don't even read these e-mails, you kindly work and spend your time to bring us good quality scanlations and there are this kind of people. Well I understand they are not mature yet, when I was younger, I remember doing something like that (but not with that kind of words, I just asked, and politely) and someone told me the truth, I realized it and felt very ashamed, because the people have their own lives and don't receive money to do that, its not a job!

These types of revolting people are the bane of all scanlators. I can't believe how wide spread it is and if I were a scanlator, I don't think I could take it! So well down TL for being saner than me! And lets not forget why Sporadic is doing SILY ... coyomoose had enough of these acrimonious comments and packed up her bags in a huff, and who can blame her?
I suppose these small minded people are actually very young. They're probably 12 years olds who haven't learnt some simple truths, like "more flies with honey" and "if you can't say anything nice ...".
Working in a small group must make it harder to deal with too, so just remember all your real fans are really grateful for any chapters you do!

Anyways, I'm very very thankful that you guys translate my two favorite mangas (and in such great quality on top of that!) Keep up the good work! (p.s. you guys also introduced me to the ah~mazing world of kpop last year, so I must thank you guys for that too!) ^w^
When I see morons like this, I just feel like editing slower in snail pace.... I'm so glad I'm just a cleaner and not a mod because I doubt I'd be able to reply in such a nice way as you did. *Pats*
